1. Who these terms cover
These terms concern the dEskalate website, its public materials and the current Website Reality Check presentation. The registered operator’s details belong in the legal notice. Contact: info@deskalate.it.com.
A contact request, calendar booking or use of the website does not by itself place a paid order or create a service subscription.
2. Our services and agreements
dEskalate offers AI support review, setup, improvement and maintenance, website design and related advisory work. Scope, deliverables, dependencies, price, taxes, payment dates, access permissions, delivery schedule, cancellation and support are agreed in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins.
Website prices and savings examples are indicative where labelled as such. They are not a guaranteed saving, deadline or performance result. A specific written agreement takes precedence for that engagement, subject to mandatory law.
3. Website Reality Check
Reality Check combines automated checks, AI analysis and evidence review within a system developed and monitored by the dEskalate team. Public examples and Monitor screens marked “demo” or “illustrative” do not represent a live review of your website.
One Website Reality Check report costs EUR 29.99, with a one-off payment through PayPal. This applies only to Reality Check; other dEskalate services are agreed separately. The URL form in this version of the site demonstrates the process and is not connected to checkout.
A review is a time-limited sample of the public pages and interactions that can be accessed. Coverage can be limited by blocked pages, authentication, time budgets or failed measurements. Findings may require confirmation and do not prove that untested parts are problem-free.
It is not a penetration test, a complete security or legal audit, a WCAG certification or a guarantee of conversion, revenue or search ranking. Team oversight does not mean every interaction or finding is manually approved by a person.
4. Responsible use
Only request work on a website you own or are authorised to have reviewed. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private customer records, health information or other sensitive data through a general form.
Do not use the website or any review process to bypass access controls, test an unauthorised target, overload a service, collect personal data unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights. Private-system access requires a separately agreed scope and appropriate safeguards.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, obtain permissions for supplied material and ensure that any access you grant is appropriate. Review recommendations in the context of your business before implementing them. No changes to your website or helpdesk are authorised solely by entering a public URL.
6. Content, portfolio and brand names
The website’s original text, layout and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and link to public pages; reuse beyond legally permitted use requires permission.
Third-party product names and logos identify relevant tools or platforms. They do not by themselves imply partnership, endorsement or that the provider is a dEskalate client. Portfolio concepts, demonstrations and external websites remain subject to their respective rights and labels. Client ownership, licences and permitted portfolio use are defined in the engagement agreement.
7. External services
Booking links, portfolio examples, social networks and other external sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content. Check the destination before submitting personal data.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but public material may become outdated and interruptions may occur. Informational examples are not professional advice tailored to a particular legal, financial or security decision.
Responsibility for a paid engagement is defined in its contract. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable liability, mandatory consumer remedies or your statutory data protection rights.
9. Purchases, complaints and cancellation
Reality Check: EUR 29.99 per report, one-off PayPal payment. Online checkout is not active in this version of the website. Questions or complaints: info@deskalate.it.com.
For an actual purchase, the final price, taxes, delivery details and applicable withdrawal rights are provided before payment. Statutory consumer rights and available complaint procedures remain unaffected. Do not email card details or passwords.
10. Changes and disputes
The date below identifies this version. New website terms apply prospectively; agreed paid work is governed by its existing agreement unless a lawful change is agreed.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve questions or disputes amicably. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
